Project Janszoon’s Education Programme brings students from six local schools into the park to learn about nature and conservation. Since 2014, the programme has supported thousands of students to take part in an education experience that changes lives and encourages leadership in the environmental field. Many Abel Tasman Youth Ambassador students have gone on to work in conservation and cite their experience with Project Janszoon as a key influence in their career choices.
