Rachael brings a strong commitment to kaitiakitanga and iwi-led environmental stewardship to her role on the Janszoon Board. With deep connections to Te Tauihu and a background in health, governance and kaupapa Māori initiatives, she is passionate about protecting and enhancing the natural taonga of our region for future generations. Rachael is dedicated to collaborative partnerships that uphold mana whenua values while supporting long-term conservation outcomes.
